Fjelsø Klostrup residents' association has set up a picnic house, with associated shelter, fire pit and new disabled toilet. It is located at Ettrupvej 2, Fjelsø, 9620 Aalestrup, right on the lake shore.
It is allowed to fish for roach in the lake. You are also welcome to use our underwater binoculars and other activity equipment.
At the fire pit there is firewood available as well as pots, pans and other necessary equipment.
summer, there is a pedalo in the lake. For only DKK 30 you can take a walk around. Life jackets are available in the packed lunch house and must be used for all sailing.
300-400 meters from the picnic house is the town's playground at Fjelsø Friskole (Knabervej 120, Fjelsø, 9620 Aalestrup).
Outside regular school hours, the playground is open to everyone.
It is allowed to stay one night at a time.
The shelter has room for 5-6 people.
The use of the facilities is on a first-come, first-served basis.
